1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- You raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product was received damaged or defective.
Due to the nature of e-cigarette products and hygiene concerns, opened or used items cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- E-liquids once opened
- Disposable vapes after use
- Clearance or sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
